The exam was not extensive, but the worst part was I was told I was given a specialty referral, and it was not the right referral, I had to call all day Friday and all Morning Monday, and was lied to by Amanda at the front desk, then I finally got in touch with her again and she laughed at me because I was panicking. She thought my panic attack was funny. Yes you read that right, she thought my medical distress was FUNNY. I would never trust this office to do actual work on me, because I can't trust that if I went into medical distress, I would get help, they may just be too busy laughing. I asked to speak with the office Manager Lisa, and told her the employee just laughed rudely at me, and she said "I'm sorry you feel that way". She laughed out loud on the phone, that's not a feeling, that's an actual act that happened. I would never recommend the office of Josh McAlpin
