Have seen Dr Joseph for a long time. He is very experienced and knowledgable. However, i was prescribed anti-depressant medication very easily after mentioning anxiety (and so was my family) from this office, without therapy or other recommendations first. While my visits have all been positive I give 2 stars because of insensitivity to mental illness. After developing panic disorder early in the year Dr Joseph was very cold and agitated with my worries and concerns. Did not really show sympathy to my fears. I was afraid to ask questions and really talk about my health afterwards. His responses were really cold and his statements on my illness were very dismissive - but mental health is real and serious. I did not feel properly cared for.
