Dr Sig did a total knee replacement on my mother who was 89 at the time. The surgery was a roaring success. The Dr. is a professional and handles patients in a professional manner. He is blunt and direct. Although my mother prefers a friendly 'bedside manner' I would rather have a great surgeon - which Dr. Sig is. If you want the best ortho doc at St. Mary's then look no further!

I had a total knee replacement down in Minneapolis in 2010 as I thought they were better suited down there.  Since then, I met and had Dr. Signorelli perform two total hip  replacements and the other total knee replacement.  I would without question stay local and use him again, and recommend him to any of my friends or family.  He is awesome.
