all work is done by PA's who are generally ok but way overworked. Wait time is sometimes 3 hours or more beyond appointment time! when you finally get in you spend 15 minutes and get prescriptions. PA's are extremely bad about follow up with prescriptions that require prior approval. I never got it after repeated texts and have suffered with anxiety since I saw her. I still don't have it after waiting 1 month. They are insensitive and unapproachable. Please go elsewhere!!
