Confusing. Talks very fast and throws out a lot of names and other places to go get information on my own. (Never offered to send me any info just told me to look it up on my computer.) Asked some questions but I had to stop him more than once to get back on track of identifying the information we needed. Expensive. We did a concierge arrangement just to get quick help and it was 1.5 hours and we got no actionable help for $500. There were a few red flags that I'm kicking myself for not seeing but there were good reviews and I really wanted to talk to a professional. Disappointed to the point where I'm trying to figure out how to get some of my money back. Definitely would not recommend. Avoid if you can.
