Joleen was nice, spent less than 3 minutes total with her. My complaint was excruciating knee pain, she completed an xray - which of course did not show anything. I was recommended to PT 3x/weekly - which I cannot afford. After completing the survey by banner I had someone from the office call  me and got an MRI scheduled for 06/23 (of course that as the soonest). I can barley walk or bend my knee and because it is not emergent to them I am having to reschedule because I cannot afford the MRI out of pocket expense, especially after the office visit. I will not be using Banner as a whole any more.
