I had a problem getting a prescription refilled and did not understand what I needed to do to get it refilled, so I made an appointment to talk with Dr. Chennault. Dr. Chennault explained the process to me. I failed to complete my part of the process and the prescription could not be refilled with the process I was using. Dr. Chennault explained what I should be doing. My problem was solved and I understand what I need to do in the future. Dr. Chennault is very professional and thorough in his practice. My prescription has been filled and I now know where I went wrong.
