I just had my 2nd surgery by Dr. Poggi.  He has done my carpal tunnel release and now ac joint arthroscopy in my shoulder.  I had 0 issues after my wrist surgery and have healed very fast and am on the mend from my shoulder surgery.  I would recommend Dr. Poggi over anyone in the orthopedic field.
