I wasn’t even able to schedule an appointment at his office. My primary care physician sent my information (referral) to his office twice. The staff insisted that I wait and not call back. They said they would call me when they received the referral and were ready to schedule me. It’s been over 2 weeks.

Dr. John Gomez does not take the time to hear your symptoms. He does not make eye contact. He keeps looking at his laptop. He did not follow up with other doctor's records that were sent to his office. This is my third visit with him. The first visit he said I had rheumatoid arthritis. On the second visit, he added that I had signs of fibromyalgia. On this last visit, he did not remember what he had mentioned on the last visits and didn't mention the results of my x-ray results until I requested them.  I kept asking questions about my pain and why I was being prescribed certain medications and his answer was "I don't know" . I was shocked and disappointed to hear those words from a doctor.  His office staff do not pick up the phone. When they do pick up, they have kept me on hold. They don't follow up with my insurance and want to charge me when I have already paid. It's been two weeks when I called to describe the side effects the medicine was causing, but they have not made the attempt to return my call.
