I could not have had a better experience.  Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful.  Dr. Griffin explained the entire procedure and asked if I had any questions.  He was very thorough and pleasant.  The nurses made the experience easy.  Everything went very smoothly.  I checked in at 7:00 am and I think I left before 9:00 am.

I had a wonderful experience overall. I have a complicated medical history and uncommon diagnoses and the provider was well-versed in both and made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability. I am seeing him for a possible surgical repair coming up in the near future and he did a great job putting my mind at ease and explaining what the process for my care will look like and was sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns about the plan that he had created for me. I also liked that I was asked ahead of time whether or not it was OK for the medical students to be present for my appointment and I was very happy with their contributions and the opportunity that he created for them to learn about my case. My hope is that someone in the future With my same rare condition will benefit from their exposure to the disease during their medical training.

Every single person I had any contact with was pleasant, helpful, and I enjoyed talking with. I tried to tell everyone how thankful I was. When I left the hospital to get my vehicle in the parking garage I was overwhelmed at the kindness and care of everyone. I had walked a few blocks and leaned against a post in the entryway. A "receptionist/checker" came up to me, brought me a bottle of water, and a wheelchair so I could rest before going down to get my truck. AMAZING !! I told her she was an incredible representative of everyone I had seen or talked with. The masks did not cover the feeling of love I saw in her eyes and shared in our hearts....two human beings..sharing their caring. (I hugged her and went happily on my way.)I now give a virtual hug to everyone who helped me !!

Dr. Griffin has excellent communication skills. He listens carefully and responds with complete, clear information. He has phoned me several times after surgery to check on my progress. Today I called with a question and had a response within ten minutes. Ten minutes! His whole office staff is responsive to any concerns, friendly and efficient. I appreciate them all.

Appreciated the warm but no nonsense approach. Efficient and focused. I felt embarrassed to have the exam but everything was totally normalized by the doctor and nurse. Provider was highly recommended by a friend of mine who is also a patient and retired provider. I learned a lot as well. Highly recommend!
