Using her Education to cause harm........... in our opinion!

I am deeply troubled to learn of the recent comments you've made on social media regarding your kitchen project which you did not pay for and our company. As a small business dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, it is disheartening to see such negative feedback. To protect ourselves the law allows lien rights which were filed on your ocean front home three years ago with still no payment. 

I want to assure you that we take all client concerns seriously and strive to address them promptly and effectively. However, it's important to note that your public statements do not accurately reflect the circumstances surrounding your project.

We completed your kitchen renovation in good faith, meeting all agreed-upon specifications and difficult timelines due to the pandemic. Despite our best efforts, we regret that there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding your ability to make payment.

As a small business, prompt payment is essential for us to continue providing quality service to our clients.

Furthermore, I urge you to consider the impact of your social media posts on our company's reputation and the livelihoods of our hardworking team members which you should now about as a Doctor of children's psychiatry. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, and we hope to address your concerns in a manner that reflects these values.
