We took our 4 days old baby to Dr Trent's office for her very first visit. The service was too bad: no greeting, no introduction of herself and no respect at all. She just rushed into the room and said "baby name". We told her, and she told us (ordered rather) to undress the baby and follow her. At that point my wife was confused and asked her if she was Dr Trent. She was so rude, and it doesn't feel like I was in a Pediatrician office rather I felt like I am being interrogated. I will do my best to not take my baby to her office again.
