Unfortunately, after waiting for 75 minutes past my scheduled time, my consultation lasted only three minutes. During that brief encounter, I did not receive the detailed information or options I was hoping for. Although I left with a prescription, I felt that the time and cost—$125 for the appointment or $75 for a phone consultation—were not justified given the lack of meaningful engagement. While I understand the value of professional services, I believe that effective communication and support should accompany it, and I did not experience that in this instance.
