Office staff is rude. They don’t have their act together and always have an excuse for last minute rescheduling of appointments people waited more than six months for. Incompetence seems to be the qualification needed to be hired here. Avoid at all costs if you want to avoid aggravation. 

It took 6 months of waiting to join this practice, and when we came for our first appointments, they told us we couldn’t be seen because our appointments were not on their schedule — apparently they were “lost” by a staff member. We finally got seen and the hygienists were nice so we kept going. However the office often canceled appointments at the last minute, which was frustrating, but it’s hard to find a practice that accepts DMO’s so we continued going. Then I get a call — the day before my appointment that I scheduled 6 months ago — that they no longer take any DMOs. My whole family came every 6 months and made plenty of money for this practice and we deserve more respect. Now we will have to wait months at another practice and we won’t be able to maintain our 6-month cleaning schedule and oral health. I suggest you look elsewhere for dental care.

It's not worth your time to begin services here. They will bump you if you have a DMO. If you do get in they ask you to pay more and out of pocket for the "deep cleaning." When you refused they are not happy and only spend at the most 15 minutes on your cleaning.
