My Daughter has been seeing Dr. Griswold since she was born, which is about 2 years ago. The only reason we kept this doctor as her primary care is because, she is good at her job. However, the staff are VERY rude, out of reach, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. What really shocked me, was when I called them for almost a month to get my daughter's flue shot and every time I was being told that they are out of stock. I mean really?? I finally got a little upset and asked them if they can at least give me an estimate of their shipment and that is when the staff got very rude, telling me that they can not give me any information. Again, I emphasize, I have never seen such a rude and unprofessional staff in my entire career life. ( I am in medical field myself) . I should have changed my daughter's doctor long time ago and I feel sorry I wasted my time with such an unprofessional office and staff so far.
