What I Do I am a general and acute care surgeon with expertise in trauma, emergency general surgery and surgical critical care. In my role, I strive to deliver timely, individualized patient care that prioritizes patient safety, clear communication and teamwork. I am committed to providing excellent care with a focus on optimizing recovery and long-term outcomes. My clinical interests include advancing chest wall injury management and providing high-quality elective and acute abdominal surgery. I have coauthored more than 20 academic papers, four book chapters and 33 abstracts. Why I Love My Work I was drawn to medicine to help people in their most vulnerable moments.
