Dr. Jeffrey M. Hall, MD

Because Dr. Jeff Hall’s family are hospital donors, his sham skin cancer surgeries and his role in medical identity theft has not been investigated Dr. Hall discredited concern for medical identity theft by falsifying mental health evidence and medico-legal records to aid felon Dr. Steven Armus:
1.	Co-conspirators obstructed clinics and sabotaged my patient care (at least 2 died)
2.	Dr. Hall used falsified medico-legal “evidence” to blame me for compromised patient care & safety
3.	His perjuries called concern for crime a paranoid delusion; this gaslighting helped felon Dr. Steven Armus obstruct investigations, a technique known as The Martha Mitchell Effect, so named for the Watergate whistleblower and wife of Nixon's Attorney General. Additionally, hospital attorneys argued that patients are "irrelevant" and reviewing their medical records would be "burdensome" but admitted that Dr. Hall never reviewed (or intended) to review patient care when he made meritless claims that a Harvard trained and board certified dermatologist cannot accurately diagnose or treat skin diseases. 

In support of patient safety concerns, please notice that St. Croix Health was previously Saint Croix Regional Medical Center. They changed their name after losing hospital JCAHO clinical accreditation.

These claims enjoy numerous legal immunities including Wisconsin Stat § 146.37(1m): The good faith of any person...shall be presumed... Any person who asserts that such a person has not acted in good faith has the burden of proving that assertion by clear and convincing evidence. Hospital board of directors protected philanthropy instead of patient safety, a violation of HHS OIG and IRS conflict of interest and whistleblower mandates.
