Called them up for an appointment for check up on an ear issue.  Office personnel said that he was not taking in new patients until October, 4 months out.  Even nurse practitioners were not available for 4 weeks.  Not helpful at all for someone calling a specialist for a new acute condition.  They should inform insurance companies that they are not accepting new patients.  Instead they advertise that they are, but can only schedule you for an appointment several weeks or months out.  That's dishonest.  Honesty is a non-negotiable.  Also, the best ability is availability.  1 star.
