Doctor Bachtel was very concerned about my mental state because I lost my husband and didn't call and come and see him sooner.He sat down with me and talked it really helped a lot then he discussed some medications .He put me on a low dose because he didn't want to just drug me up.Without his guidance and suggestions on what activities and ways to find a new normal I don't know where I would be. He also had me come in every month for 5 months and now we are 3 months.He really does care about his patients physically and mentally.

Dr Bachtel has been my dr for prob around 30 yrs! I wouldn't go to anyone else! He's always been a very good dr yo me. Very thorough and always explains everything so I understand. I was weighed then she took my blood pressure, she said the Dr will be in shortly. He came in about 8 minutes later and took my blood pressure and said it was higher than he would like and would order me a prescription. Asked if I had any more questions? I said no, but started having a minor problem with arthritis.
