Dr Jeanie Shen took the time to explain in great detail my cancer during my visit. She was compassionate, attentive, and took her "time" to explain my tentative plan for my care. She is very sensible, creative in her explanation by writing everything out for me and drawing a diagram so that I could better understand. It was a total shock to me regarding my cancer and she was so caring to be there to listen and share information so that I could slowly have the time to process and understand the next steps. She is a valuable doctor and very unique with her level of genuine and thoughtfully detailed communication. Very grateful to be under her care.
