I cancelled an appointment several days in advance through email which I had used to cancel appointments before. She did not check her email and has been trying to charge me for a missed appointment ever since. She also tried to charge me because my insurance company refused to pay even though they authorized it. Something that is not my fault. I was on medicaid at the time and they told her I could not be held liable for unpaid bills since I was on medicaid. Still she has been trying to bill for something I am not liable for. And then she sent it off to a collection agency which has been harassing me all hours of the day and night. She cares nothing for the well being of patients and only cares about getting every last dime she can out of you. DO NOT USE!
