I was directed by front desk staff to make multiple calls to my insurance to confirm CPT codes prior to scheduling which I did. I booked an appt a few weeks out to make sure I got all the information needed. Called day of scheduled appointment because I realized I never got an appointment reminder and I was never scheduled by the staff. It was in my calendar with ALL the details. I was offered an apology and ann appointment two weeks away which I declined because of this scheduling experience.
