I found this practice to be highly unprofessional in the recent past. I needed crown for one of my molar teeth. During first visit they told they that my insurance Aetna doesn't cover crown for molar teeth and the cost of crown is $450 and took $200 advance. After coming back I checked from Insurance and they confirmed that they cover 90% cost of crown. When I went for installation of crown and told that insurance confirmed that they cover 90% cost of crown, After call with insurance agent, they agreed but increased the cost of crown from $450 to $1450 and said the crown insurance covers is $1100 and now I will have to pay $460. I finally had to pay $460 when they will get paid $990 from insurance; whereas the cost provided without any insurance was $450. 

They are just manipulators and a bunch of crooks running this dentistry.  

Needed to see a dentist and Dr Jay saw me same day. He was very friendly, professional and caring.  His staff was just as professional and helpful!  I was very impressed!!
