I called in yesterday (multiple times -at least 4 calls and 3 emails- throughout the day and sent email messages as well as sent images of tooth in pain and referral- emails were sent from me and their answering service... almost 24 hours after no response on an urgent request do to a painful tooth that needs a root canal) to get an urgent appointment for a referral root canal.... I am still waiting to hear back from this office. Thankfully there are plenty of other dentists that you can actually get timely help from. If this is an indication of your service... I will pass. Going to file an official complaint as well. Just ridiculous... the service here is a joke.
