Overall Dr.Kelly was very knowledgeable and seemed very capable of performing the procedure discussed. He was very thorough with his explanation of the procedure itself and the risks included. My only issues were that before he opened the door my fiance and I overheard him complaining about another patient choosing a different facility for care. He also spoke a bit too quickly and cut me off if I was trying to explain something or ask a question. He also didn't really ask me any questions outside of rating my pain when he first walked in. With this being my first surgery it put me at a little bit of unease due to the fact that it was explained so quickly and not in a very personable manner.
