Being in the current location for approximately 1 year, this provider was listed as accepting new patients. I went to the office as a walk-in new patient and filled out a new patient form. Was informed by the staff that Dr. Creel reviews all new patient forms and selects whom to see and when. Later that day, I was called and told that they are not accepting me as a new patient. If healthcare providers can pick and choose which patients they will see, it signals that healthcare is a privilege for the chosen few. This is not okay in this country, nor this century!
