We love Dr. Tjaden. He has been seeing both our boys since they were months old. They have flexible hours for sick times. He does book up for check ups- so you have to plan early- but that's because he is so good.
I called in to try to get my daughter a new patient check up for this week. I was told by the nurse that they would not see her without her records. I told them I had her shot records. The nurse then proceeded to tell me that she still could not be seen by the practice until her full record arrived from her pediatricians office in AZ. She then asked again if I had the shot record and would be driving it over. I told her why do that if you can't see her without her full record no point in giving you one thing to sit and wait for the rest. Not a great first impression or experience especially for a pediatricians office.
