Disappointed with Dr Kahn's quality of care. After my survey the Dr did not meet me to discuss the surgery. It took one day for me to call to know what happened with the surgery. At the first office appt the wound was left open with no explanation from the Dr on how to care for the wound. At my second appt 2 days later from my call in the Dr placed a few tiny bandages that came off before I left the appt, then an ace bandage was placed. Again no written instructions were left on how to protect or care for the open wound. To me this is not quality of care. Written instructions should always be given. In addition the rehabilitation referral was sent to the wrong facility and after 3 request finally a referral was done correctly. At my 3rd appt the wound had a few more layers of skin and better instructions was given for care from the Dr. Yet I still did not receive written instructions for care. I am disappointed with the quality of care. I have lived in 2 other states and this care is not acceptable. My Rating is poor.

Dr. Khan is very thorough in her explanation of my issue. She listened to what I had to say and helped me feel at ease during the shots.

Dr was very good at listening and tips to help with ideals to ease pain.

Doctor Kahn was very profession and caring and took her time.

Again, everything was great.
