This was my second appointment with Janelle Hyatt. She discussed the results of my X-rays and MRI that had been scheduled after the first appointment in terms I could understand. It was clear to me that she had prepared for the appointment in advance as the MRI summary was covered with her notes.We discussed options including a procedure to first deaden and then possibly burn off some small pinched nerves in my lower back to relieve chronic pain. However, she didn't push the procedure. She thought continuing with physical therapy and home exercises to get the most benefit from them before considering the surgical procedure was appropriate.I was entirely satisfied with the appointment, and plan to return to her if I reach a PT/exercise plateau that still leaves me with chronic back pain.

I was very surprised and happy to know just how much Janelle knew about myself and my husband. Since my husband and I have been coming in together for years she attended us with respect and individuality. We were each given equal time and attention to answer the questions she asked. Both of us were very pleased and fortunate to have her as our provider for our pain meds. Thank you for sending her our way we're very grateful and happy.

NP Janelle Hyatt was courteous and well prepared. She proposed a second- choice remedy for my trouble as the first looked improbable with my coming travel plans. Next day I called in as she had advised. Upon learning that #1 could not work (as fully expected), I requested #2 and it was ready in two more days' time --- plenty for my schedule and a great relief to my wife and me both.Particular compliments to NP Hyatt for this visit.

I always enjoy and look forward to my appointments, I feel better and learn a lot about having better health and controlling my chronic pain issues and the staff here is all very helpful and courteous and knowledgeable of my health care issues and concerns about my healthcare and about teaching me helpful exercises and tools to also apply in the future for healthy and productive improvement in my health and wellbeing!

Janelle is an incredible asset to Kadlec! She is knowledgeable and compassionate. I can speak with her openly and trust her implicitly. Sadly, I cannot say any of those things about my PCP. I'm so deeply grateful for Janelle's care. The issues I see her for are not fixable, but she has done an amazing job in helping me achieve the best quality of life possible. Thank you.

The care staff have always addressed my scheduling and communication with all issues necessary for seamless, friendly attitude. My provider, even though filling in for my regular staff, was very familiar with my case and went beyond my expectations in providing for my needs. My provider is phenomenal, she's easy to talk to about anything even though she's my pain management doctor I feel I can talk about anything that's bothering me and she never rushes me through my appointment, every time I walk away from an appointment with her I feel better overall, she truly cares

I'd been in pain for 11 days. Would have nice if I could get a few pain pills. I'm not a drug addict. Other than that the dr helped me get a MRI sooner than later. Very much appreciate her. I do understand the drug policy. Looking forward to my appointment on Monday. Thank you.

I had a 50th Anniversary trip planned & she mussel relaxers to get me through the 16 day cruise. I would have gotten to go on that trip without them which I appreciated. She also helped me decide what the next steps for me would be again much appreciated...

Wait time is much too long for an appointment.Appointments are in a huge Rush I freeze up and get pressure anxiety. This trip, I left without being exactly clear on what we were doing. YOU NEED MORE DRS. JANELLE CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH! She is an Excellent PA.
