To be clear, I have not seen Dr. Kemper; however, I’m unable to see him because he’s not the doctor that performed my Cochlear implant. I’m simply looking for an ENT physician to put a MRI wrap on so I can get the MRI scan. The wrap is fairly simple, but has to be applied by an ENT physician. Somehow the fact that the implant was done by a doctor in Iowa (this Dr is the main person who developed this implant, which I’m guessing, puts him above Kemper) means Dr. Kemper is unwilling to see me. That is a straw man and disingenuous argument to not see me. This means that anyone with a cochlear implant, who moves to Austin can never see Dr. Kemper because…”well, I didn’t do the implant. Your loss, should have known better than to get an implant elsewhere.” Such a sorry excuse for a cochlear physician, if he is one.
