Dr. James Phillip Harmon, DDS

I went to this dentist when my previous, excellent dentist became out of network. My first appointment was for early morning. As I was a new patient, I arrived about 15 minutes early because I assumed I would need to fill out some paperwork. The office was closed when I arrived when their door and Google listing both stated they should be open. I waited in front of the office  for a few minutes and Dr. Harmon pulled into the parking lot. He stated they decided to come in a little later since they didn't have any earlier appointments...? I ended up filling out my new patient paperwork in the examination room... I had another less than impressive interaction with this dentist office when I had an appointment scheduled for 4pm one day - a time that they offered me, not a specifically requested time. They called me two times - once two days before the appointment and once the day before - to ask if I could actually come in earlier. I was not able to because I had configured my work schedule around the 4pm appointment time. They pressured me into agreeing not to come in for my appointment so that they could close the office early. I do not understand why a practice that is supposed to be open from 8am to 6pm Monday through Thursday doesn't seem to like being open during those business hours. I am not going back.
