had an ime with this man: I never saw such cruel intention for a biased ime report ever: he is not fair and not a reputable physician: be warned if youre going to see this man: take an attorney with you! you;ll need one after his ime for sure: he ruined ,any peoples work comp cases unfairly that are very injured and very ill patients: I was one of his victims: even look under attorney dugan web site if haveany ime with him youll see hes all insurance niased paid off fraud: I never expected this after suffering over 15 extensive surgereries and then being told go back to work full time after disabled! yes this is fraud! hoping that enught reputable physicians can help to undo what this man had done to many injured workers: you are forced to do ime every 6 months to year: you have to go: this man refused my right to allow the insurance worker into the roo, after I approcved it: his tactics are simplea insurance fraud: paid off: that's all:
