I had a problem with my knee that was not getting better. I went to Dr. Bynum's office. The waiting room was appropriately space during the covid crisis. (Only patients were allowed.) First a tech asked my about my problem. Then they sent me to x-ray. Next, I saw a physician's assistant who asked me questions to narrow-down my problem. It was focused on me and my problem. Then the doctor came in after reviewing the x-ray and data. We talked and he explained what he saw and what he recommended (cortisone shot). Then two staff members came and administered the shot and I was done. They even gave me a sheet of exercises to strengthen my knee. I felt great and cared-for by the team.
