I waited 1 month for an appointment , verified the appointment twice, when I arrived, the rude receptionists, with apparently  no training in customer service, said I had no appointment scheduled. I remembered the distinct voice of the receptionist. Please go elsewhere for your dental needs. This office seems like the McDonald's of dentistry and receptionist unhappy at what they do.

I have tried to make an appointment twice over an 8 month period with this dentist, but due to the disorganization and incompetence of the front desk staff, I wasn't able to be seen. The first time, they made an appointment for me for Monday 2/15/16 which was President's Day. When I got there, the door to the office was unlocked, but it was dark inside and no one was there. The office was evidently closed, and someone had forgotten to lock the door. I just tried to go to my rescheduled appointment for today Monday 10/17/16. When I arrived, they told me my appointment was canceled because they called me Thursday and Friday to confirm the appointment and I did not call back. I showed them the call log on my phone and the voicemails on my phone, which showed I had never received a call or voicemail from them. Don't waste your time with this office like I have.
