Dr Horton is an excellent doctor. I had taken my daughter in for possible pneumonia, instead found, through x-rays that she had Spina Bifida. Noone had ever spotted it and that was concerning to me. I'm glad that he found it when he did. She now has corrected Spina Bifida.
