This Dr. is rude and answers cell phone calls during his appointments. I am an MS patient and recently switched insurances so I had to see Israel for my condition. I have not been back as I would rather be taken to the hospital and seen by a professional rather than to be seen by this person. He would not listen to my background and asked me why was I "sick". This was insulting and I would urge patients to never be seen by this Neurologist.
