This dentist does not explain with X-rays well. She shows you the X-ray up on the screen and explains while she stands behind you. Never going up to the screen, I don’t think you need to ask her to go up and explain, it should be just done. And then there is the matter of the insurance, sure they take it, but, if you’re on Medicare "it needs to be run thru our system and it takes usually 24 hrs." that is what I was told. "If you have good insurance you don’t need to worry about the cost" that was another saying I was told by the dentist. Sure, while your gums are getting numb they check in on you, like any other dentist but someone should be in with you in case if something goes wrong. My opinion, all this dentist cares about is money after those two statements were made. Stay away!
