Waited over an hour after my scheduled apt time in the lobby. Then waited an additional 30 minutes in the room for the doctor. After he was done with his evaluation, waited for nurse for nearly 45 minutes to find her txting at the nurses station. Very inefficient, poor customer service unfortunately.
