I haven't been back in a while because they are always sending me balances due that come once every year with increasing amounts that I was not made aware of during my visits. My dentist under Dr. Lanier, I won't call her name because she's probably not there anymore, tried to bully me into accepting more expensive services that I didn't understand. Became irate when I wouldn't agree. Very unprofessional.
