My next door neighbor referred me to Dr. Kiang, as I really wasn't happy with the primary care doctor I was seeing.  I felt so comfortable from the time I walked into her office, I was comfortable.  Her office staff was so friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait long at all, until I was taken back to the exam room.  From the minute Dr. Kiang entered the room, I felt at ease.  She was very friendly, and listened to what I told her,  provided the answers I needed, and arranged for the tests that I need to have.  Dr. Kiang takes time with her patients, and makes sure you have all the answers and information you need before you leave.
