The main complaint I routinely have about Dr. Kim is that it feels like he treats a patient the way a mechanic treats a car. It feels like he knows his medicine but doesn't have a concern for the patient's emotions or reactions. He doesn't offer encouragement or support when things go well. If they do, he says nothing. But if there is a potential issue, he talks about that without regard for how bad news might affect his patient.

Dr Kim is the best! Accomodated me onto his busy schedule and got me in for testing that I needed. He was very attentive and spent the time to review testing with me and answer questions. I am physician as well and always refer patients to Dr Kim knowing they are in great hands! Sandra was the MA taking care of me and she was friendly, engaging and made me feel very comfortable.

One of the worst physician visits I've ever been subjected to at a Cedars, or any other medical facility. Little care given to establishing rapport, poor bedside manner, poor communication, and generally felt the physician had little care about why I was referred to him. Neither greeted me, nor wished me well after the very brief visit was concluded. Unclear follow-up, as well.

Dr Kim is truly the best. Very approachable and understanding. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed when I see him. I love how he does research before jumping to conclusions. He doesn't have an arrogant personality. If he doesn't know the answer or diagnoses he will get beach to me. Love that
