If I could give this establishment ZERO STARS I WOULD. I took my son for a cleaning and the dentist slashed his gum open. As I stopped him he processed to argue with me. My son was treated worst than an animal. Do not go to this establishment this man might as well be a vampire sucks out your blood and takes your money. He should have his license revoked.
I wish 0 stars were allowed as well. Before quarantine I needed a small filling. However, we went on lockdown and I was not able to go until two months later. I moved so I found Dr. Solemaninejad in my new area. He did not xray my teeth at all. But suddenly I had these new cavities (No xray's). Mind you I only approved to do two because my other dentist mention them to me. In the middle of filling my cavities he started to do more without my approval. When I got home my mouth started to smell foul. I noticed he drilled into my tooth and left it exposed. I called my friend who is a dentist in another state and he basically told me he did not fill the cavity. When I went back to get the cavity filled he pretended that he did not see anything wrong. Not aware of the fact that I knew there was a hole. (I have dental mirrors and equipment because I take care of my teeth regularly) He then proceeded to say "ohhh I think I see the problem" Not addressing his f*** up. Which I believe he did on purpose. He proceeds to drill in my tooth more and all of a sudden this cavity is deep. (Mind you the dentist I saw before said it was small, but I moved) Next thing you know he's telling me I probably will need a root canal but he was going to "TRY" and fill it regularly without doing so. He also did not do this good. I have been in pain for weeks. I'm pretty sure he did this so that he can get more money for a root canal. He is a disgrace to the medical field. I will not be going back and I encourage no one else to. I have found another dentist. I will be going to her from now on. He also made me feel uncomfortable by being a little flirtatious. It was weird. But it may have not been his intention. Who knows. Also, I am not very sure about his hygiene both times I went he did not smell pleasant. I did not like that I had to sit there and smell the mans funk. Very triggering for me.
I should note that I have gone to this dentist 3 times for the same issue. Very ill-mannered and does a terrible job in just about everything he touches. Crown is terrible and must be replaced. He continues to insist I have to pay again. A complete joke. Do not waste your time, but most importantly, do not ruin your teeth. He is the worse. There should be an option for zero stars. One is too much for this doctor.
I really want to give this place 0 but the dental assistant lady was great unlike the dentist. This doctor cares only how much he can get out your iou he doesn't care about the patient at all . After the did the routine cleaning and x-ray he refused to continue the the procedure because he doesn't accept payment plan . He asked me to pay the total amount on the same day and I had no choice I left the office. He was very unprofessional the time when I was there !!!
My wife is not accustomed to U.S. insurance policies, dentists, doctors, etc. as she is a recently arrived immigrant. I am, however, as an American, aware of all practices and laws, which comes in handy when dentists try to lie to my wife thinking she can be taken advantage of. My wife went in several days back for a routine check-up since she finally has insurance in the U.S. with her new job. She got checked out prior to arriving to the country several months ago, and they said her teeth were pretty much fine since she does her regular yearly checkup and cleaning. However, when she went here, they suddenly stated she had 11 cavities including one that needs crowning, and that each one to fill would cost $140 -$356 (total cost around two thousand dollars). Magically, within months, she had 11 new cavities that needed to be filled. Firstly, she's covered by insurance, which Arlington Dental Care stated doesn't cover the cavities. She doesn't understand the copay that system that well, so I told her that's most likely the pre-insurance price, but your insurance will actually cover that. Turns out that no, the dentist office basically lied and actually tried to get her to pay $160/tooth for a composite filling (they stated the amalgam, metal filling, would be "free"--but composite is an upgrade, as if it is 1990). Seems as if they were trying to just skirt insurance altogether or something, and also tried to convince her to get composite instead of amalgam because of "mercury". Yes, amalgams have mercury, but less amounts than eating a fish. Again, I suppose trying to take advantage. So I told her to call insurance, which she did, and naturally her insurance (Aetna) says both composite and amalgam are free, yes. The dentist office then told her, essentially, that "well, we can't do it for free" as if dentists in the U.S. work on a barter system. It almost seems to me as if this place just takes advantage of foreigners who aren't accustomed to our system, as well as people who believe dentists should be ethical (like most people). I think it's safe to say that the other bad reviews aren't an exception, and that we'll make sure nobody we know goes here. I really dislike saying bad things about people, I really do and I'm sorry, but I don't take kindly to people lying or scamming my wife. She does not deserve that.
