I was 10min late to my daughter’s 4pm appt as I have never been to Dr. Cooper’s office. The front desk told me Dr. Cooper refused to see us because we were late. After 5min of complaining, the front desk checked again and Dr. Cooper, along with her medical staff, left for the day. An MA called me around 2pm and I confirmed with her that we would be there. We were 10min late and I never received a call from anyone saying I would have to reschedule if we couldn’t arrive soon. Just because it’s right before Christmas doesn’t give Dr. Cooper to the right to leave early (before 4:15p). A typical office would accept patient within 15min of their appointment or at least call the patient to check if they were on their way. She and her staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL and LACKS any patient service experience. I would highly DISCOURAGE anyone from seeing her. She wasted my time and my daughter’s time traveling to see her. Don’t waste your time. Find a better Endocrinologist that cares about their patients instead of themselves.
