Hira Waseem, M.D., is a pediatric psychiatrist with Norton Children's Behavioral & Mental Health, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She then specialized further with fellowships in child/adolescent psychiatry at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she also completed a fellowship in addiction psychiatry. Dr. Waseem employs a collaborative approach to care, focusing on treating children, adolescents and individuals who are struggling with mental health issues and addiction.
