Was told to arrive at 10:45am for an 11:00am appointment since I was a new patient even though all my paper work was filled out ahead of time.
Was called in to the exam room 11:45am. My vitals were taken and told the doctor will be in shortly. She arrived at 12:00 noon and with a wet handshake which was gross. She started her Q&As which took 30 minutes (12:30pm). At that time, she gave me a gown to change into and left the room saying she'll be right back. It took her 30 minutes to return. By then I have changed into my clothes and was ready to leave when she knocked on the door and came in. She was oblivious why I was picking up my belongings and ready to leave. I told her I had been there at 10:45 and it was now 1:00pm and she was still not done with the appointment. She said, 'I'm sorry but time sometimes gets ahead of us but I have time now. We can finish your visit.'
2 hours!!! after my scheduled appointment she has the nerve to say she has time now!
I refused for her to perform the exam as I would never again be coming back to get treated by her.
What a poor excuse, lack of professionalism, consideration and respect toward her patients and their time. 
By the time I received copy of my records it was 1:15pm.
What a waste of my time!!! I will NEVER go back.
She needs to remember she offers a service and the patients pay for the service not for her to waste our time waiting for her.
There should be XXXXX for poor ratings because that's what she deserves.
