They are not respectful of the schedules, they do not give you complete information and if they do not want to attend to you, they simply call you and justify that you did not fill out a form or for some other reason. After making you waste time by leaving other responsibilities, they are not even kind and help you with a solution, they simply say "you have to reschedule your appointment." Terrible administration service, I do not want to know what the specialist's service is like, she did not attend to me because my appointment was cancelled before the time. No thanks, I prefer another service.
