I went to Dr. Bhatti over a year ago as a 3rd opinion to avoid a 2nd back surgery for intermittent pain while walking. He explained that my pain was caused due to the narrowing of my spine which causes nerves to sometimes press against it. His resolve was to install a Coflex device to stop my spinal cord from narrowing. Long story short, I went to his facility for the procedure in March, 2021. I was released afterwards and sent home in a semi conscious state. I woke up the next day with my entire left side numb, and the rest of my body in excruciating pain with no pain meds because his staff forgot to pre-order them. For 6 days I could not get out of bed without assistance. I never received a call from him or his office this entire time. During my post op I found out that he didn't even insert the Coflex, but instead did a Decompression. For the 2 months following this outpatient blunder, I had to use a walker and cane to get around. Today, my left foot is partially numb and I still appear to have nerve damage even though he said the nerves would take about a year to heal. I'm in constant pain daily from this Nightmare of a doctor and my quality of life will NEVER be the same!!!
