Dr. Har Kaur Bhuller, DDS

First of all, this page has her listed at the wrong location. She currently works with Star Smiles, 1304 Junction Highway, Kerrville, TX 78028, which the Aetna site knows but has not been updated on DocSpot. 
Dr. Bhuller started my appointment multiple whole hours late after the rest of the staff made sure I was in on time and given numbing gel so I wouldn't feel the injection. By the time she finally came in, without introducing herself, the gel had long since faded so much that I needed to be numbed again, and she did not check on this before trying to get started. The hygienist assisting had to stop her and ask if I needed more numbing. They briefly rubbed a little more gel on me, but then injected me immediately without letting the get take effect, before Dr. Bhuller scolded me for wincing and not keeping my mouth open enough. I was supposed to be getting a root canal. It hurt the whole way through, but I just wanted it over with. As soon as my tooth was empty, Dr. Bhuller left for an unknown amount of time, then when she came back she was muttering something about needing to "hurry this up," for some reason. Suddenly, she was telling me the tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I was still under the influence of nitrous, still in pain, and panicking. I have a phobia, and a tight jaw, and disclosed both of these facts before ever sitting down in the chair. This did not stop her cold demeanor and harsh treatment of my mouth and face. She showed me no evidence of the supposed fracture before pressuring me, my wife, and the hygienist to understand it was "necessary," and that there was no use in attempting a crown. She left again while I cried and a different hygienist came in to explain further what an extraction meant. Thank God for these hygienists since they were the only ones who seemed to care at all. When I finally agreed to the extraction, she once again tried to get started without checking in with me, and I had to signal the hygienist and told her to please "just numb and nitrous the s**t out of me, please, I felt the whole root canal." 
During the extraction, I got the bite block shoved further and further back in my mouth while being continually scolded for not keeping my mouth open enough or my head still enough as she repeatedly crunched my molar into over a dozen pieces and yanked out whatever didn't fall out from her crushing it. Thanks to the hygienist listening to me, I at least didn't feel pain in my mouth during this, just in the opposite side of my jaw and face and neck from the harsh treatment. 
By the time my 1pm root canal appointment was over, the office was closed, since they close at 4:30pm. 
Dr. Bhuller did not thank me for my patience, apologize for my treatment, or ask how I was feeling on the way out. The hygienist verbally gave me a list of aftercare instructions, and handed me a prescription note for medication I could get for $1 without a prescription. 
When I called the next day for a refresher on the aftercare instructions, since I was not given it in any sort of written form, not even an email, the office hung up on me, despite me including that I was still bleeding more than I ought to be at the current stage of recovery.
I'm not even sure I needed my tooth removed, but I know that I won't be coming back to Dr. Bhuller to get a replacement handled.
