Dr. Harvey Hanna, DDS

Dr. Hanna is very kind and knowledgeable, with an excellent bedside manner. However his practice at Perfect Smile in Red Bank NJ made for a horrible experience. They consistently are running 45-60 minutes late (happened every time over 4 appts), charge way more than other dentists in the area, and the other staff make for uncomfortable appointments. Various dental assistants or hygienists that are servicing other patients, and even the office manager! - constantly come in and out of your room, asking questions about other patients, asking about you as if you're not there, and asking where equipment or other items are located. It's a very chaotic and stressful experience as the patient. This happened with every single appointment of mine. As much as I liked Dr. Hanna, I was so uncomfortable and put off by my treatment by every other person in the office that I will not be returning to his practice.
