I have to say I used to be very pleased with Dr. Singh and his staff.  Everyone was so kind and I felt as though I was receiving an excellent level of care...until now.  Over the past year it has become increasingly difficult to deal with the staff (I used to chalk it to maybe the nurse was having a bad day - now I think it's just how they operate).  Calls were not returned, follow through was not made.  Intermittent rudeness.  Today, Dr. Singh looked at me as if I had three heads as I tried to explain why I was frustrated.  He wouldn't listen to what I was saying and I felt that I was rushed out of the office - rather than even attempt to understand or address my concerns.   It's too bad because I really liked this doctor and even recommended him to other people.  That won't be happening again.
